I wanted to send a quick note of thanks. My friends wedding last night went off flawlessly. The staff you sent to provide the service was professional, attentive, respectful, and helpful! I couldn't have asked for anything better. In fact, a number of the wedding guests actually commented to me about the quality of the catering staff.

And I was pleased to find that the food - being catered - is as good and consistent of the food ordered and eaten in the restaurant.

Again, thanks for everything. I would definitely look to hiring Wood Ranch again for my next catered event.

I’m not sure if you’re the right person to whom I should be directing this email, but I wanted to tell someone how fabulous the Woodranch team was on Thursday night. I think there were 4 servers and I really think they went above and beyond. They were on time, set up quickly, and were friendly as they served our 130 guests. Then, they helped clear tables, assisted in cutting and serving our cakes, and did some more clearing of tables. This is the third time that we’ve had Woodranch at our Senior Dinner and we’ve always received great food and great service, but this year was the best ever.

I always recommend Woodranch catering services to my colleagues at other schools and I’m hoping that we can find more of our own events that will fit with what Woodranch has to offer. Again, kudos to the foursome that was at Vistamar School last Thursday night. They were awesome!

O.C. foods you must try in 2011

Dear Wood Ranch BBQ & Grill, Why did it take me so long to eat your delicious tri-tip and peanut cole slaw? I couldn't stop eating your amazing food during a recent holiday pot luck. Slaw can be so boring, but you made yours come alive! O.C. locations in Anaheim Hills and Rancho Santa Margarita. A third local unit opens in 2011 at the Irvine Spectrum Center.
