Wood Ranch provides a stylish, American dining environment showcasing large comfortable booths and tables, natural slate flooring, and warm wood tones.
All of our barbecue items are prepared using our unique two-step cooking process. First, we slow-roast overnight the ribs, tri tip roasts, chickens and prime rib. Then, we grill and sauce them to order over a live mesquite wood fire.
This unique method produces what our guests and critics consider to be Southern California's best barbecue.

Developed and run by veteran restaurateurs Eric Anders and Ofer Shemtov, the two opened the original Wood Ranch in Moorpark, California in 1992. Since then, they have opened 13 more Wood Ranch restaurants in Southern California: Agoura Hills, Camarillo, Anaheim Hills, Valencia, Northridge, West Hollywood, Rancho Santa Margarita, Arcadia, Cerritos, Corona, Chino Hills, Ventura and Irvine.
Wood Ranch features "The Food That Makes America Great!™" - a menu of award winning, high quality, uniquely seasoned and cooked signature items such as: Premium American Babyback Pork Ribs; Certified Angus Beef™ steaks, prime rib, and burgers; USDA Choice tri tip roasts (the top-selling entrée); fresh fish and chicken; and pasta. Wood Ranch also offers a broad selection of innovative and beautifully presented salads, appetizers and homemade desserts, as well as full liquor service.
