1. What is the minimum order?
Our minimum order for delivery is $150.
Our minimum for a full service catering is 30 people.
Our minimum for a full service plus grill on site is 60 people.

2. When should I place my order?
We take orders on a first-come, first-serve basis. We
recommend you order at least one week in advance for deliveries,
and two or more weeks for a full-service catering. During the
summer and in December we book up quickly, so we recommend
you order as far in advance as possible.

3. Does Wood Ranch Catering include paper goods?
If you are ordering one of our catering packages, our high-quality paper goods are complimentary. Our plastic goods are black and white.

4. What do I need to provide?
We will need you to provide two, 6-foot tables, plus adequate space. If you are getting a full-service catering, then we can supply the buffet tables for an additional $20.00 per table, including tablecloths. You will also need to provide tables, and chairs for your guests. We do not offer any rentals.

5. How long do I have until my final count is needed?
If you placed your order more than a week ahead of time, then we will be calling you five (5) business days prior to your event to confirm all details.

6. Is there an added gratuity?
We do not add a gratuity to any deliveries or pick-ups. We do add a 15% gratuity, before tax, to all full-service and full-service and grill on-site orders.

Spacer1
7. How many servers do I need?
We recommend one server for every 50 guests. We can provide more if you desire.

Spacer1
8. For how long do I have my server?
Our server(s) attend to your event for approximately four to five hours. Within reason, we will, however, go with the flow of your party. The server will need a minimum of one hour and 15 minutes to set up, and the grill on-site service requires a minimum of one hour and 45 minutes to set up.

9. For how long can I leave the buffet line open?
If you order a delivery, we recommend you serve the food
right away so it will still be hot and fresh. For a full-service catering,
we can have the buffet line open for only two hours. The fuel for
our chafing dishes lasts two hours, so we are able to keep the
food hot that long.

10. How does the food travel and stay warm?
All of our food for deliveries and full-service catering travels in a “hot bag” or “hot box.” This keeps your food at a safe, hot temperature.

Spacer1
11. How does the food arrive?
All of our food comes in aluminum pans with lids, and plastic serving trays with lids. If we are performing a full service, then all of the food will be set up in chafing dishes and baskets.

12. Does Wood Ranch Catering require deposits?
Generally, we do not require deposits. We collect payment in full on the day of the event. We will discuss payment five (5) business days prior to your event. We do, however, require a signed contract to secure your date.

13. Does Wood Ranch Catering provide china  on  full-service caterings?
We do not supply china. You may, however, provide it on your own. We do charge an additional $50.00 “scrap and stack” fee.

14. Does Wood Ranch Catering pass appetizers?
No, we cater buffet-style only. Most of our food items are best presented and served in a buffet.

Spacer1
15. Where is my order coming from?
A: Generally, we fulfill your order from the Wood Ranch restaurant closest to you.

16. What do I do if I have a catering emergency over the weekend?
