OUR UNIQUE, TWO-STEP COOKING At Wood Ranch, we slow-roast all our award-winning BBQ meats overnight, then finish them over a mesquite fire with our Signature BBQ sauce. This results in tender, melt-in-your mouth tri tip, chicken and ribs.

CERTIFIED ANGUS BEEF® If it’s a great steak you’re in the mood for, you’re going to find great value and great Midwest-raised, corn-fed Certified Angus Beef® at Wood Ranch. You could pay more than $40 for a lonely filet on a plate at some of the “finer” steakhouses. Or you could cut into a soft-as-butter filet at Wood Ranch and enjoy a salad and baked potato for a lot less. Great steak, and more, at a great price.
