Currently, we do not accept any type of e-Gift Card or digital Gift Card. When redeeming a Wood Ranch Gift Card, you must present the actual physical gift card at the time of purchase. We do not and cannot guarantee the validity of any alleged Wood Ranch Gift Cards purchased on third party platforms. Further, our Wood Ranch Gift Cards cannot be added to digital wallets or other credit/gift card/rewards card management systems for future redemption as we cannot verify these gift cards’ authenticity.
Unfortunately, no. Our Holiday Promotion Cards are limited-time offers.
The Holiday Promotion Card is a complimentary promotional card earned with each purchase of $50 in Wood Ranch gift cards between November 1 and December 31. It is not a purchased gift card and therefore carries restrictions.

• Not redeemable for cash
• Cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or damaged
• Cannot be used for online orders
• Cannot be used to purchase Wood Ranch Gift Cards

• Cannot be used in conjunction with other Holiday Promotion Cards
Holiday Promotion Cards are complimentary promotional cards and carry no cash value. Therefore, we will not give change for any unredeemed amount.
Yes. The Holiday Promotion card may be used as many times as necessary until the entire value has been depleted.

No. Since the Holiday Promotion Card is not a cash gift card, they cannot be converted into tips, gratuities, or to pay for service charges on delivery and catering orders.
No. Currently, our online ordering system is not able to process Wood Ranch Gift Cards or Holiday Promotion Cards as payment methods for our online ordering service. We are working to change this as soon as possible and apologize for any inconvenience in the meantime.
